Printfiz currently delivers across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, including major cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, and Jeddah.

We also support international shipping upon request, allowing customers worldwide to receive our custom printing and merchandise products.


Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days within the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Express Shipping

Express delivery is available with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days, depending on the delivery location and order processing time.

International Shipping

International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country. Typically, shipments are delivered within 2–3 business days, although customs clearance procedures may occasionally affect delivery times.


Shipping Fees

UAE Delivery

Shipping within the UAE is charged at a flat rate of AED 50 per order.

International Delivery

Shipping fees for international orders start from AED 50, depending on the delivery destination and shipping method.

Same Day Delivery

For urgent orders within the UAE, same-day delivery may be available for an additional charge of AED 65, depending on the order time and delivery location.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Please note:

  • Customized or personalized products may require additional production time.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.

Customers can also track their orders through the “Track Order” section on our website using the provided tracking number.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Printfiz ensures that all packages are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.
