Returns
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
Return Process

Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or defective product), Printfiz will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please contact our support team to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.
